The purpose of this study was to determine whether the renin–angiotensin system (RAS),
nitric oxide (NO), atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), blood pressure (BP), ultrastructural
characteristics, and endothelium-dependent relaxation of thoracic aorta were modulated by
